Le Concorde Hotel - Aix-en-Provence

The room size was perfect with a lovely balcony and just steps from the historic center 😊 the bathroom could use some updates.

The hotel was perfect and the staff was amazingly nice, it had marvellous location right near the old town. Got wheelchair accessible room with a mini terrace, much comfort plus comfortable chairs outside to enjoy the sunshine as expected. Location: the venue was really close to center of Aix-en-Provence and the centre of Aix.

The staff, especially Julien, provided excellent personalized service and were very cute, which enhanced our stay.

The breakfast offered was not up to par for the price, with disappointing quality, made it better to eat at a nearby café.

It was in a perfect and exceptionally nice location with a 13th-century Gothic church nearby. There were shopping streets and a market around the hotel.

Family with children, good but not perfect

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the center with many restaurants close by, and the staff was friendly, they even parked our car for us! The room was a bit small but had everything we needed.

The temperature control in my room was a major issue. I found it uncomfortably warm, even with the air conditioning on, frustrating. The bathroom could use some updates, especially the shower facilities with a missing lever to switch from tap to shower. I was disappointed that the coffee supplies were limited and had to buy my own from the supermarket.

The staff were so busy ignoring my presence that i almost forgot i was a guest, not just a number. The room was a furnace despite february. I would have appreciated complimentary water, but alas! Perhaps i should've asked for special treatment like everyone else seems to get. I just couldn't bring myself to recommend this place.

We had a lovely family room, ample space for our luggage, and it was clean! The hotel's location was a gem-just a short stroll from shops and restaurants. Bit of an oasis in the heart of the city!

The shower was colder than my ex's heart! And the noisy courtyard guests had me wishing for earplugs faster than you can say "pardon me!

The superior room offered excellent bedding which ensured a great night's sleep. I appreciated the quiet location that shielded the room from street noise. The hotel is within a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The beautiful city view from my room added a nice touch.
